Vibration analysis

To understand the vibration effects after the construction of structures! We conduct ground vibration analysis according to the purpose, target objects, and vibration sources.

Our company conducts predictive analysis of ground vibrations caused by moving vibration sources such as road traffic and railways, as well as fixed vibration sources like factory machinery and concrete placing machines, using computer simulation. In the simulation analysis, we create a ground model that reflects local ground information and input excitation forces that reflect local vibration data to output response values. Before constructing structures that are vibration sources (such as roads, railways, and factories) or buildings that are vibration receivers (such as residences, offices, and public facilities), we can predict the vibration impact on the buildings after construction. [Information Required for Vibration Analysis Using Computer Simulation] ■ Ground information (geological data from boring penetration tests) ■ Vibration information (vibration data from vibration measurements) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

What is vibration analysis?

Predicting machine failures is possible! Our company is diligently working to respond broadly to "vibration assessment."

Vibration analysis is a general term for the analysis derived from the frequency, amplitude, and phase of the natural vibrations generated by a device. Typically, vibration analysis assumes a steady-state vibration condition; modal analysis is used to determine the natural frequencies and mode shapes, while frequency analysis is generally used to find resonance points, amplitudes, and phases. Additionally, the waveform of vibrations generated by actual machinery is a composite wave of various frequency vibrations, and by analyzing these through Fourier transform analysis, it is possible to identify which part of the machine the vibrations originated from, allowing for the prediction of machine failures. [Features] - Analysis derived from the frequency, amplitude, and phase of the natural vibrations generated by a device - Modal analysis is used to determine natural frequencies and mode shapes - Frequency analysis is generally used to find resonance points, amplitudes, and phases *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

FFT Logger 2 FFT Data Logger Vibration Data Logger Vibration Analysis

Your PC becomes an FFT analyzer! It can be realized at a low cost with FFT Logger 2 and Simple FFT Comparator. FFT Data Logger.

FFT Logger 2 is an optional app for the Simple FFT Comparator. This app allows full control of the Simple FFT Comparator from a PC. It features frequency analysis, saving settings, FFT data logging, animated playback of logged data, and bulk display of data through time series representation. These features enable it to be used as a vibration data logger, noise data logger, and acoustic data logger. A free trial version is available. You can use the included sample data to try out data playback and editing. It can be downloaded from our website, so please give it a try.

Steering vibration analysis

We will introduce an example of conducting steering-specific vibration analysis using a trimmed body cut model!

We would like to introduce our CAE analysis services. We present an example of conducting steering-specific vibration analysis using a trimmed body cut model. The frequency response function (FRF) at the excitation point is plotted from the analysis results, and idle vibrations are evaluated. Leveraging our design experience in automotive and railway vehicle development, we provide services from initial evaluation to the proposal of improvement measures. 【Overview】 ■Optistruct: Eigenvalue analysis and frequency response analysis - Number of elements: 411,031 - Number of nodes: 443,135 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
